Hi Eric,

Thanks for your time and effort on Saturday morning. I thought that it was an excellent session with a very skilled fitter who was able to answer all of my questions and provide a great set up.

The ride home was excellent and the setup was again validated on Sunday when I went out for another 25 miles. I agree with the handlebar/stem setup and will make this change when money permits and also think that we have a hit with the saddle but feel like I will have to go for the gel version as I still had some pain on Sunday after a while but am not sure if this is because I am reaching too far because of the stem.

I'll be back to the store next Saturday or Sunday to return the test saddle and thanks again for you skills on Saturday.

Recently I purchased a 2010 Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Carbon from your Concept Store in Ruislip which I have just taken collection of.

This is my third Specialized mountain bike since 2004 and my 2nd Stumpjumper, so it’s clear to see I’m happy with the product. I must admit with this new purchase it was more than I wanted to spend or even afford, however with 0% interest free credit option it made it within my reach.

The reason I felt the need to put pen to paper, so too speak was the impeccable service I received from all the staff I had dealings with during my purchase. Especially my sales person Eric, Eric customer service and product Knowledge of the bike and its components was second too none, which inspired me to go for it and buy the bike I always wanted...

I did have to wait 5-6 weeks for my new Stumpy but that was well worth the wait, I was being informed on the status of my order along the way and then on collection Eric went through the operation of the bike and its components such as the Brain, Brakes etc.

I just wanted to show my appreciation for the good service I received from your staff especially Eric, all are a credit to Specialized and your store. I would not hesitate in recommending your store to anyone looking for a new bike full stop.

Please would you pass on my thanks to Eric and the staff at the Concept store Ruislip.

Hi Alex, Eric.

I would like to thank you for your patience and all the work that went into the building, setup, and repacking of my bike and then helping me to get to the train station. I have to admit it was quite an effort getting it onboard my ship. I was asked a few times by security at several train and tube stations as to the contents of the 'big red bag'.

Well it took me about 2hrs to set it up again and then I took it for a ride on the roads Lance Armstrong used for many of his training camps on the island of Madeira and Gran Canaria. It was a joy riding... ...since many professional training camps are done there, I had many who were admiring the bike.

Again I want to thank you for the excellent service I received.
